Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include all accessories and components
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items may not be eligible for return once opened.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
